You are a player with competitive experience along with a sophisticated knowledge of stroking and strategy BUT you just don’t consistently win matches against players you feel you should beat, and you don’t understand why.
We help provide the answers to that very important question but we do it, not only through theory, but through on court practice and training. As in all aspects of sport, practice and repetition propels players forward. This 6-month program will give you the opportunity to both learn new skills and integrate them into your total game.
Tennis to the Max covers 5 areas that are critical for building mental toughness. We will concentrate on one topic each session, rotating them around the calendar. Players will spend one hour in the classroom with a Sport Psychology Consultant and the second hour with a USPTA Certified Tennis Coach.
This intensive program includes:

- Choking fear
- Relaxation and breath awareness
- Visualization, including video support and reinforcement
